Dear LHPUSD Community,
As part of LHPUSD’s transition from CSBA to SSDA’s Board Policy Program, the District will no longer use the GAMUT/Simbli platform to publish Board of Education meeting agendas. Beginning with the September 2026 Board of Education meeting, agendas and related meeting materials will be posted on the LHPUSD website at www.lhpusd.com under the “School Board” tab, where Board meeting minutes are already housed. The Zoom link currently used to access Board meetings will remain the same and will also be available under the “School Board ” tab.
LHPUSD used the Simbli platform from February 2021 through August 2026. Agendas and meeting materials from that period will be archived and made available under the “School Board ” tab on the district website for continued public access. This change will help the District reduce expenses while ensuring that Board meeting information remains readily accessible to families, staff, Board members, and the broader community.
