Please join us in welcoming Michelle Ross to LHPUSD for the 2025-2026 school year. She will replace our current superintendent, Amy Wooliever who is retiring after 33 years in the district and the last 14 as superintendent. Michelle was selected by the board in a competitive process and approved on May 8th. We are excited to welcome her to our team.
Michelle Ross brings a wealth of experience, a deep commitment to rural education, and a proven record of innovative leadership. With a background in both instructional excellence and community engagement, Ms. Ross has served as a teacher, principal, and district leader, always putting students first and fostering strong partnerships with families and staff. Her passion for equity, sustainability, and educational innovation aligns perfectly with the values of the La Honda-Pescadero community.
