Baseball is a summer pastime and HMB Junior Giants is back with a full season of summer baseball, and FREE registration is NOW OPEN! gojrgiants.org
In partnership with the Junior Giants and the Sheriff's Activity League we will have another awesome Summer Junior Giants baseball program right here at Smith Field in Half Moon Bay and in Pescadero at Pescadero Elementary School for ages 4-5, 6-8, 9-12. Junior Giants is a non-competitive baseball league that teaches anti-bullying, health, education, science and reading! Players and families get awesome free SF Giants stuff every week, and you are led by awesome volunteer coaches!
Practices will take place on Tuesday evenings beginning June 14 and games will take place on Thursday evenings beginning June 16, all 4:00 - 7:00 pm. There are no weekends this year. The season is 10 weeks long and ends on August 7. Students who are attending Panther Camp need to sign up, but the program for them will be run through PES, whereas any students PES or LHE who are NOT attending Panther Camp, they will need to sign up and just attend in HMB this summer!
Players are provided a cool baseball uniform and pants this year! Hats, gloves and bats and all other equipment is provided to those who need it. The best thing about this program - completely free!

This is a wonderful opportunity for Little League players who want to play summer baseball, for neighborhood friends who want to learn the game for the first time, and for families who desire a fun summer activity a couple of evenings each week.
As for coaches, while the Sheriff' s will provide some of the coaching, Little League coaches and managers are encouraged to sign up to coach! Please contact me if you would like to coach a team!
